Located on the secluded white sands of Bangsak beach, Le Meridien Khao Lak Resort & Spa is the newest addition of Marriott International in Khao Lak, Phang Nga.

Ideal for couples, families and nature lovers, this 5-star resort offers 3 swimming pools, 6 restaurants and bars, spa, kids club, recreational activities and direct beach access. Free WiFi is available in all rooms and throughout hotel's public areas.

Featuring modern décor, each room has a private balcony, a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box. Some rooms have private terrace providing direct pool access. The en-suite bathroom comes with a hairdryer, slippers and premium bath amenities.

Emphasis was on making families with children happy whereas adults without were largely ignored.

The choices were superb and the waitressing staff very good.

There were too many children running wild, dangerous where hot food and crockery are concerned.

Top furnished room with very big bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Excellent very big and clean pools. Well maintained Resort. Located at the beach. Quiet surrounding. Delicious food. Top breakfast buffet

I missed the typical native cooked dishes. A separate menu for the tasty, spicy and special Thai dishes would be nice. But all in all, the offered food in the Restaurants is absolutely delicious.

Nice family resort with perfect pools.

We are there third time and always like it. Very nice location with big pool area. Friendly people.

For a family with two Kids in holiday season it got quite expensive over the years.

The property is great! It is a nice environment overall. There are lots of space for adults and children. The design is beautiful. Very well thought!

Everything is extremely expensive in terms of food and beverage. So if you don't have an all-inclusive package, you will have to spend a lot on those things. Plus, the hotel is not so close to other places where you can easily have those things.

I would love to come back !

Very peaceful and quiet location. Many activities for kids around the clock . The food is good and many options. Rooms are spacious and nice

The staff has limited English so communication can be challenging some times, but you can manage. Not worse than any other hotel in Thailand

Perfect stay!

Facilities are new and great! Loved the pool. Foods are very good and with variety of choices. Room is spacious and the large bath room contains most everything we need. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Pillow is a minor uncomforable piece for us (may be just us) but bed and blanket are so great.

Amazing Christmas Retreat

Awesome breakfast buffet with a strict mask policy. Good selection of restaurants and buffet specials. Amazing Christmas Buffet Great cocktail specials. Wonderful service from most staff members. Comfortable room with some English channels. Decent WiFi. The hotel accepted Klook discount vouchers.

Cleaning staff, as lovely as they are, kept on using the guest elevators instead of staff elevators. Since there aren't many lifts, and there were many guests, getting to the ground floor took a while. Our dirty dishes were also taken outside by the housekeepers, and then left in the hallway until the next day. The other things that I did not like were caused by other guests. There were many children at the resort, and had to leave the swimming pool a few times on account of children openly urinating and blowing their noses in the main pool itself. This is not a direct fault of the resort itself, but maybe post some staff members around to at least control the urinating situation.

Unforgettable Luxurious Stay

Luxury accommodation with a high level of hospitality and excellent food and facilities.

Understandable but a lot of maintenance was going on.

Found the facility to be excellent and overall the staff were most attentive.

The location under the constraints of the Covid 19 Virus was good. My wife and I were most impressed at the insistence of mask wearing when selecting food from the Buffet. We stayed in 5 other hotels in our trip to southern Thailand and your facility was the ONLY one to enforce this very obvious regulation. Most impressive overall.

The constraints on service for dinner was understandable but taking an hour to have dinner served is not good. No doubt this wont be the case when the facility is back to full strength as clearly the staff on duty could not cope with the number of guests who arrived for the evening meal.
